  Great Hotel with Wonderful Staff and Convenient Location

  The hotel staff are very professional, friendly, helpful, and courteous. They were incredibly helpful when I needed assistance with booking my reservation, and they answered emails promptly. The room was clean, spacious, and exactly as promised, and I appreciated the fact that it was a nonsmoking room.   No Ocean/Mountain view even when confirmed

  I visited the hotel during my trade show visit. The Staff was at par with what I expected. Nothing over the top but just right Japanese people are very courteous and pleasantly helpful in general, and the hotel staff was equally nice and pleasant. Why 3 Stars? because my booking.com reservation confirmed an OceanView room, however, my room didn't have one, for whatever reason.I visited the hotel during my trade show visit.   Stayed at the hotel during a show right before the Covid-19 hits in January of 2020. The room is tiny, but clean and neat with a nice view of the sea. The staff service was okay. You can see Mount Fuji on a clear day from the restaurant seat.   Ok hotel for tradeshow

  On the plus side, the hotel is very close to Makuharo Messe. The internet service is also good, did Zoom calls without problems. The room is small even for Japanese standards with a standard hard bed. It was annoying that there is no safe in the room.   Solid, Comfortable with engaged staff

  This was a business trip and my company ensured I was booked on the 'American' sized floor. this is an important difference ...as the local floor/rooms are smaller in most Japanese hotels.My room was a standard American size, comfortable and well presented.All staff I engaged with were attentive and keen to help.
