Definitely for family fantasy moments

To start with, the reservations were well taken care of and quick in responses. We arrive from Yuzawa; Tokyo Station and took the JR line to Maihama. Once arrived, you will not miss the Disney Resorts Line and purchased 2 days tickets for the train rides. Saves us some monies. There is a shuttle service at the station to ferry us to the hotel. Friendly driver cum tour operator cum porter cum usher… To start with, the reservations were well taken care of and quick in responses. Chose to stay here during our short city break because of the proximity to Disneyland. As a result it’s about 45mins out from the main Tokyo areas, but don’t be put off - the hotel provides free shuttle buses to the local station (10mins away) and the airport (daytime only). Tokyo is easily navigable via the trains - all you need is Google Maps and an eSIM to keep your data on! Disappointed that the hotel is advertised as an "official Disney hotel." It is NOT a Disney hotel. We did not get an early "happy" entry to the parks. Was not allowed to use the DisneySea Fantasy Springs entrance or exit, although it is across the street from the hotel. There are ZERO Disney perks with staying at this hotel. Such a beautiful hotel, we had the best stay coming as a family of three with our 5 year old to head to Tokyo Disney. The location is nice and close to the parks while being affordable, the breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever had with great selection, the room was spacious (very very big by Tokyo standards!) with a beautiful Tokyo Bay view with thoughtful amenities.
