Nagoya is more of a business city, and this hotel reflects that. It’s a large property catering primarily to business travelers, though we did see some tour groups as well.The lobby is impressive, with a grand entrance, a pleasant café, and several retail shops. The staff were polite and helpful.However, the rooms felt dated and worn. Glorious hotel with old money vibes

Hotel was very solid - the lobby and the hotel itself is just impressive. Beautiful old place that just shows the glamour of old days. What is one of the greatest strengths of the hotel is also a kind of disadvantage - because the room was pretty old - not that it was in disrepair but you could feel the age - especially in the bath which was pretty spacious. This is a very well maintained city hotel. The hotel is not recommended for any classic views. However the staff hosts are friendly efficient and punctual. The hotel is also conveniently located to amenities and shopping areas. I stayed at this hotel with the Kesari Tours Japan China tour group.
