Wasn't too impressed with this hotel. The room was tiny and we couldn't figure out how to work the A/C.Also, when we checked in the counter person didn't even speak to us. I guess they just want you to check in via the computer in the front, which we did, but it still felt very impersonal, especially for Japan.About the only really positive things I can say about the hotel is the Onsen is nice and… Wasn't too impressed with this hotel. Convenient for Airport Bus; Good Onsen with Various Complimentary Stuffs
Very convenient if taking Airport bus to/from airport. My kids and I stayed there for 4 nights, which turned out to be a very fun and enjoyable stay. Onsen was good, then followed by free ice cream and drinks. Later at night, we came down again for free half-sized ramen provided. This inn was perfect for easy access to all of the sights in Nagoya. Two train stations are nearby and it is walking distance to many attractions such as Mirai Tower. A port in the storm, with amazing facilities.
