  Great hotel and fabulous staff

  Convenient, clean comfortable hotel. The staff are exceptional. They went above and beyond expectations in helping me retrieve property I lost on a JR train. Such good service I would definitely use the hotel chain again. Reception staff of this quality are hard to find.   Our Memorable and Pleasant stay in Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nagoya Ekimae

  My family and I had a very pleasant stay in Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nagoya Ekimae. I booked a Double Executive room for 4 nights and had a very comfortable and memorable stay. We were give a room with a front view in the 10th floor, so we have a good view Nakamura-ku part of Nagoya.The hotel itself looks very new. Rooms are very clean and so is the toilet(w/ Bidet) and bath with bath tub. I consider the room spacious, considering the standards of Japanese hotel room size. The king size bed is big enough for me, my wife and 11 year old son. The hotel’s location is perfect. It’s just around 10-15 minute walk from Nagoya station, which is also close to Meitetsu and Kintetsu Train station. So you can literally go anywhere in Nagoya from these stations. The hotel also have two convenience stores nearby. Lawson, located in its ground floor, and 7-11, which is just a few steps on the back side of the hotel. It also have a restaurant “Ally’s” in the ground floor. The breakfast at Ally’s is OK, though the menu is the same during our 5 days stay. As usual, staffs of the hotel are very friendly and a bit more fluent in English. Over-all, the price we paid in Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nagoya Ekimae is worth it. I will definitely consider coming back to this hotel if every we come back to Nagoya.

  Within 10 minutes walk of station, staff are helpful and speak English. A 2 minute walk from underground walkways so good when raining. First floor has convenience store and coffee shop. Across road there are two more coffee shops and a McDonald's.

  We stayed in a Standard Twin Room. Size wise it was adequate, slightly bigger than most Japanese hotel rooms. We didn’t have big luggages so that helped too. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Nagoya Station with easy access to subway and Meitetsu Bus Centre. A choice of western or Japanese breakfast set is offered by 2 restaurants just next to the hotel entrance on the ground floor. They both have a selection of 3 breakfast sets fromwhich you can choose from. Basically a conveniently located typical no frills Japanese hotel.

  now when I see the name on a hotel I feel that everything will be as I would like it and again Nagoya's Daiwa was a delight. Location was a short 5 minute wlk from the train station, but do google it, for it is among many other high rise hotels. Also I wasn't really in Nogoya for sightseeing so I don't know if it was close to tourist interests.
