Convenient, clean comfortable hotel. The staff are exceptional. They went above and beyond expectations in helping me retrieve property I lost on a JR train. My family and I had a very pleasant stay in Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nagoya Ekimae. I booked a Double Executive room for 4 nights and had a very comfortable and memorable stay. Within 10 minutes walk of station, staff are helpful and speak English. A 2 minute walk from underground walkways so good when raining. First floor has convenience store and coffee shop. We stayed in a Standard Twin Room. Size wise it was adequate, slightly bigger than most Japanese hotel rooms. We didn’t have big luggages so that helped too. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to Nagoya Station with easy access to subway and Meitetsu Bus Centre. now when I see the name on a hotel I feel that everything will be as I would like it and again Nagoya's Daiwa was a delight. Location was a short 5 minute wlk from the train station, but do google it, for it is among many other high rise hotels.
