We stayed here in a triple room for one night at the start of our trip and one night at the end. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and we had no communication issues. I wish I had spent more time researching hotels close to the Nagoya station, had I done so I probably wouldn't have picked this one. Lets start with the bad: The rooms looked bigger in the pictures, and in reality were extremely dark due to the small (non-opening) windows, and the fact that our rooms were shaded by surrounding buildings. Location is great across from Nagoya station, staff are nice and overall room is standard Daiwa chain style. However, the bathroom is extremely small and there is no bench space to place any toiletries aside from on top of the toilet. The room i booked was really small! Difficult to move around with luggage. Check in must only be 3pm. No earlier or have to pay extra.
