Great location, great staff, nice grounds, good restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable, but extremely outdated. Also, it can be a bit noisy on the nights when the nightclub next door is open, but I don’t see what the hotel can do about that.Great location, great staff, nice grounds, good restaurant. We went for 1 week with my elderly parents and my adult children to Rondel Village in Negril. The accommodations were very clean, the staff were friendly. Check in and check out were great. Our family of six adults just returned from one week's stay at RV and would definitely recommend this resort to all. Check in was fast & efficient and our bags were taken to our rooms promptly. I would strongly advise travelers to avoid Rondel Village. Our experience was marked by dishonesty, poor service, and unacceptable accommodation standards—especially disappointing given that we were celebrating my mother’s 90th birthday.We encountered a deceptive booking process, where the manager provided different quotes to different family members for the same stay.
