Family Paradise in Negril
We were fortunate enough to have our family reunion at Charela Inn recently (Aug 2026). The staff, the location, the restaurant and the rooms are amazing. There are key differences to a place like this - the hotel owner and staff are incredibly accommodating to large groups. We felt very at ease and relaxed while we were there. Horrible customer service
I waited an entire month after my leaving that hotel before writing their review because I knew I was so angry. I was just going to digress I spent so much money on two double occupancy room for just two adults. We had the most magical stay at the Charela! It was fantastic from start to finish. As a solo female traveller its important tha i ipick the right hotel Charea inn is it. I could have picked a large corporate hotel but i wanted a family run small hotel that know my name, i am not dissapointed ??. If you want a piece of paradise this is it.
