Very very very clean from the lobby to the rooms to the restaurants. Monique Williams was very helpful from we got in until we left. Maintenance is on point, there was a small country wide power outage and they were at our doors ready to help without us even having to to call. The breakfast was really good both continental & jamaican styled. Hotel location is good 3 minute walk from Popeyes and krispy crème and Devon’s house ice cream. They also accept usd and Jamaican dollar. Security & restaurant staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful as well. The staff at the hotel make you feel welcomed. We will definitely be back.

Breakfast was very tasty everyday. Loved the penthouse lofts felt very vacationy and homely at the same time. Definitely recommend.

The R-Hotel is always my go to hotel whenever I am in Kingston, on average I travel there 3 times per year for business and pleasure. The staff is simply amazing and always go above and beyond to ensure that my check in in seamless.I love staying at the R hotel as it is convenient .The breakfast is always served with a smile and the taste is amazing.I am definitely recommending the hotel to friends and family.
