Pathetic customer service at an ACCOR hotel!!!

Staying at Novotel Abidjan Plateau currently (Rm1709), still got a week more to go but judging by the pathetic customer service so far, its going to be a terrible stay! Morning breakfast very poor service, they dont even care about customers, all things run out are not replenished and when you asked them, short answer: its finished for literally everything! I had a wonderful time at Novotel Plateau, Abidjan. The location was great, exquisite atmosphere, cozy and well decorated room at a great price. Chritiane at reception was brilliant she was courteous and helped sort out my booking when I needed to extend for another day. She speaks good English which was a huge plus. Very professional. Horrible,Loud music all night. Couldn't sleep a wink. I asked the staff when will they stop all the ruckus, they keep promising me that soon, basically lying.
