An extremely generic business style hotel with zero charm. If you stay here be forwarded that the staff is nice and well meaning but they clearly need training. Whatever you do, DON’T eat here. Got a corner suite, but that didn't make up for the inadequacies of this hotel. WiFi didn't work in our room, only the lobby. Not sure what the issue was because others in different locations had no problems.The shower over tub was impossible because the glass doors on each side of the tub to keep the shower water off the floor swung open if you so much as looked at them. Do not be fooled by the appearance, this hotel is extremely poorly run. I've stayed here multiple times for business and every time is a problem. 1 hour check in. Rooms given away to other clients. Worst Hotel in Abidjan

This is the worst Hotel I have encountered in my entire life. Where do i even start, from the front desk to the rooms, nothing speaks of class or hotel service. The front desk are not polite very rude and do not have an atom of customer service in them, please stay in the hotel at your own perils.The hotel claims to be a 4 star hotel but in my opinion it is worse it is a disgrace to what 4 star st… This is the worst Hotel I have encountered in my entire life.
