    Hotel Belvedere has so much character. The staff are amazing and nothing is ever a bother. You will never go hungry at breakfast, such a variety to choose from. I will definitely be back.     Stayed here as part of a motorcycle trip around Italy. Great old style hotel in the middle of the city. Underground motorcycle parking was a nice option, rooms were very quiet and clean. Overall a great experience!

    At check in they couldn’t find my reservation even though I have a confirmation email directly from their front desk. At check out they charged my credit card for the full stay even though I have previously paid with rewards points. After getting home and exchanging emails they tried to tell me that I had cancelled the reservation. The date they claim I cancelled is before my email confirmation from their front desk. This hotel is either incompetent or crooked. Thankfully my credit card company confirmed that I was in the right and credited me back.     A tired hotel, best rated a three star.

    Our very first visit to ‘Bassano del Grappa’, a medieval town of 400K inhabitants, first stop on our ‘Grand Tour of Italy’. Nice enough hotel but quite tired. Definitely not a four star hotel, with adequate breakfast but quite inadequate bathroom amenities, in term of toiletry provisions like soap, shampoo etc. The hotel provided our group of 41, with a welcome drink of Aperol Spritz, which was very well received and unexpected.
