Two different families have made serious complaints about this hotel.Under no circumstances does it meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.The rooms are dirty, the electrical sockets and air-conditioning units do not work properly, the ventilation system is very noisy, there are unpleasant smells, the curtains are dirty, and the breakfast is of poor quality.This hotel has caused us serious problems… Two different families have made serious complaints about this hotel.Under no circumstances does it meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.The rooms are dirty, the electrical sockets and air-conditioning units do not work properly, the ventilation system is very…

Ideal location to Verona airport and hotel shuttle bus. Flight was late in evening so stayed in airport hotel for the 1st night before travelling to Lake Garda the following day. We also had breakfast included in the price. Overall very welcoming, clean, good night's sleep ready for our short journey the following day. A great start for our weeks break. Stayed one night, from after midnight to check-out in the morning. Two adults and two kids, separate rooms, maybe without a door between.Choose this hotel because it was very clear that it is possible to check-in in the middle of the night. Friendly employees.
