Enjoyed our stay with the king sized bed and comfy pillows. The little touches in the room like a kettle, coffee and sugar and bathroom necessities were welcomed. The street facing room was quiet. We could not adjust the thermostat or perhaps it was programmed to not be changed so the room was stuffy. Amazing hotel in the centre of a lovely little historical town. The staff are super kind, and very attentive. The room was facing out over a little river. The hotel itself was okay, not very clean but we had somewhere to sleep at least. However, getting out of Soave into Verona or anywhere else for that matter is a complete nightmare! Buses only come once an hour and it takes about 50 minutes to actually get to Soave after you’ve paid 15 Euros one way. The hotel tax is also mental! We paid £50 euros for a 5 night stay for 3 people… Overall the hotel… The hotel itself was okay, not very clean but we had somewhere to sleep at least. We enjoyed every day in Roxy Plaza. The hotel staff did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Located just outside the city walls, with most locations, restaurant in walking distance the hotel is a great starting point for excursions.
