Third stay and just as magical as the first. We had the most lovely room with balcony overlooking the courtyard. The room is superb and mini bar with prosecco just perfect. We spent an evening at the opera which was fantastic - and can't think of a better room to come back to after even at 2 am! Bed so comfy and staff wonderful! Can't wait to return! The most beautiful and romantic hotel, fantastic in all ways. The rooms are elegant and luxurious, the staff are so helpful and professional and central location. Totally more than 5 stars! This was such a beautiful hotel. Everyone was so friendly and wonderful! So fun to start with prosecco and snacks! I truly wish I was staying longer as I loved this hotel so much! Not to mention, the Juliet courtyard is in your hotel area. Highly recommend!
