We arrived at the hotel and the check in was easy and all our questions were answered. We left our luggage as we had arrived at 11AM and headed out to explore. The hotel location was fabulous - the Arena and Christmas market was 5 minutes walk and even the Roman theatre was less than 15 minutes walk away.
