Great 6 night trip we just had.The hotel staff are all amazing, they were kind enough to give us an early check in, a room upgrade and arranged vegetables for our breakfast. The service is very personable and we honestly felt so at ease and happy.The hotel itself is in a great location, 10 to 15 min walk to the centre. 10 min walk to the train station. I stayed at this hotel twice and it never disappoints! It’s a beautiful place, very nicely decorated. Position is great too! Rooms are nicely appointed, very clean and roomy. Bathrooms are nice and roomy as well. (Only thing: personally I’d like to have shampoo and conditioner, not just one “all purpose” product).AC worked great on very hot summer days. Lovely hotel. Breakfast was fine. Not amazing. Room clean excellent air conditioning. Lovely and helpful front desk. I found Verona a bit boring. Went to opera and did a bus tour.
