Wonderful customer service !

Absolutely wonderful customer service! We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. We were upgraded to a suite that had a separate bedroom, a lovely living room and a large bathroom. The rooms faced a busy street since the hotel is located in the centre of Verona. It was very easy to walk to all the places we wanted. There was some noise from the street but being on the 4th floor it didn’t bother us. May… Absolutely wonderful customer service! We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Rarely I slept so well

The all suite hotel is located few meters away from the arena. It’s a modern hotel very efficient and with particularly well trained employees that are friendly and helpful to customers. Don’t expect a hall or any other common living area. The rooms are space and fully equipped. I praise the illumination in the bathroom that I rarely have seen so well thought of, even my wife was so satisfied that… The all suite hotel is located few meters away from the arena.
