I spent 4 nights in this charming hotel in 2026 September. This trip was my retirement gift for myself.?? Location was just perfect 1 minute walk from Arena.. a couple of minutes from shopping street and 10 minutes from Giulia’s balcony..Staff were polite enough, breakfast was delicious.. Only one problem was next the hotel was a burger place and their guests were loudly shouting til 2 am every ni… I spent 4 nights in this charming hotel in 2026 September. Policy of turning the A/C off from 2 AM to 8 AM in the summer without warning not 4 Star. Hopefully addressed

The owner’s short sighted money hungry cheap policy of turning the A / C off at night from 2 AM to 8 AM is not acceptable as a four star hotel.On our late arrival the room was very hot. In knowing of our stay it should have been on already but did not have time to cool down and we were not informed it would be going off at 2 AM. It was a miserable night. Location was good for walking to sites and from the station should you prefer a non cab ride ( a bit of a hike , but doable ) We found the room to be very dated as is the hotel. The bed was rock hard and noise from the street was quite present ( even though requested a quiet room ). The front desk staff was OK , helpful but felt an underlying smirkiness.
