How hotels should be - excellent service through and through. Attention to detail. SPA service is awesome and so were the therapists. Nothing to complain about, other than the mosquitos around the pool. As for the design - this is a very bold design, I imagine back in 2005 when the hotel opened it must have been considered even bolder than it appears today.
