We ordered a room for 4 ( 2 adults and two little children). Asking for a baby crib for our little one at the reservation page website - at the time of check in we were asked to pay an extra 15 euros for it (it was actually the first hotel we visited in europe that requiers an extra cost for it).The receptionist started to argue with me with a mocking rude face that we should have known about it a… We ordered a room for 4 ( 2 adults and two little children). The Hotel is nice. Stuff are friendly. Rooms are clean and they have a nice balcony. They have a parking outside the Hotel and for 10€ a day an underground parking. There is a bus station opposite the Hotel and in 20 min you are in Verona Centrum. Breakfast was fine but the omelette and bacon were too cold. This hotel is approximately 4km. from the centre of Verona which is easily accessible by car or bus. (Public transport is very cheap but can be crowded).
