We booked this accommodation because we were coming for the opera, so we only needed one night as we were based in Lake Garda. Awful experience
Shocking service. We arrived late due to a flight delay and were unable to access the building for our room. Be very careful booking here if you arrive after hours as there is no way to get in. We had to find alternative accommodation so I cannot comment on the room. The owner has made little effort to accept any responsibility, but this experience has completely ruined our weekend. We have spend there one night. Great location, clean rooms, quiet place which is close to the city center and railway station. Free parking on the street! Perfect communication with owner. Stayed here for two nights in late May 2019. The place is centrally located, just a few minutes from the Arena and is an excellent spot for exploring the old town. We visited the accomodation on a week before eastern. The location is great, midway between the railway station and the city center. The room (probably all) was facing the yard side and was really quiet. The personnel did not speak English, but was really helpful, pointing the main sights on the map.
