Location

The historical hotel is located in the heart of Venice, just a stroll from St. Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge, but has a calm, secluded position despite the large number of tourists. In just a few minutes' walk the guests can reach the main landings to avail themselves of frequent public transport links, which will take them all over the city, as well as to the other islands of the lagoon (Torcello, Burano, Murano, Chioggia and Lido). Guests will find numerous restaurants and shops on the hotel's doorstep and bars and nightlife around a 10-minute walk away. The bus and train stations are both a 15-minute walk away and the nearest beach is about half an hour away on foot. Marco Polo airport is approximately 8 km from the hotel and S. Angelo airport is roughly 20 km away.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1700. 11 non-smoking rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services include medical assistance, room service (for a fee) and a laundry service. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Some rooms offer a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. For additional convenience, bathrooms also provide a hairdryer. Family rooms are available for parents with children.
