We booked 9 months in advance and they cancelled our reservation one day before my arrival. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel to anyone, it is a waste of time and money. They left us in the streets with no reservation

REFUND ME MY MONEY!!!
This "hotel" cancelled my stay 2 days before my arrival, exactly one month ago. They just sent a message via Booking.com and that's it, no more correspondance from their side. Still waiting for a refund but I doubt it will ever happen. Scammers!!!
