Location

This hotel is located in Varese, amidst the greenery of a secular park on the Campigli Hill, which dominates the city. This is a historic place, where guests can enjoy the artefacts from a previous era in peace and quiet, but without having to lose any modern comforts. From here, guests are offered a stunning view of Monte Rosa as well as over the city and Lake Varese, which, like the beach, is located about 5 km away. The town centre is 1 km from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1913. 32 single rooms and 80 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Friendly hotel with a great bartender

    A lovely old (and it shows!) Hotel, pretty charming but with rooms in need of a refurbishment. The highlight of the stay was the bar, with an ample list of delicious, locally made cocktails. I tried one only but it was truly magical, a sort of Negroni with some smoked chilli added. It was great. The list was long though, I'm sorry I stayed one night only and couldn't try them all unfortunately. The restaurant was also good.Unbeatable for the price, about 100€ per night.Very good breakfast selection.Highly recommended.

    This charming and historic Hotel is located on the top of the hill closed to the centre, in a Park with lots of trees and the view of the Lake!They have a private and free shuttle to go to the city… what a treat!The service at the front desk by Andrea, Claudia, Francesca and Alessandra was very professional and super friendly.. it was a top Notch service everyday! We absolutely love the choice of Andrea of our de luxe room with expresso machine, robes, and sleepers and view of the lake!Thank you so much Andrea!He is definitely a great asset for your company!The service everyday by Lucia was fantastic .. she make sure our room everyday was perfect!Lucia was very professional and so friendly!The breakfast every morning was excellent with a large selection of fresh and tasty products!The service also was wonderful by Sylvia and Marco who was knowledgeable about the area.We enjoyed also the view of the lake from the lovely breakfast room.The bar is the Must!Adrianna was so friendly and very professional We absolutely love the coffee, the cocktails on evening and the lunch at the bar.She was always making extra miles to please you!The Spa on site is superb and you absolutely need to book manicure, pedicure, facial and massages with Lisa!She is the Best!She used gorgeous products from italy and she is extremely professional and so sweet!I enjoyed so much my time with Her!Do not miss for you dinner .. the restaurant Liberty on site.The service and the food were absolutely outstanding!!All of our dinner during our stay was at Liberty restaurant.The welcome and service was always a 5 stars!The food was always with fresh and tasty products.We enjoyed so much the Filetto di Ombrina, the pollo alla cacciatora, the Paccheri Gragnano pasta, and the Tagliatelle: Homemade egg pasta, rabbit ragù and the dessert .. was amazing!It was our favorite dessert who was the crepe Suzette who was prepare by the excellent Manuel!A dessert to remember!Congratulations to the Amazing Chef !We are travelling around the world for business and leisure but this one was special for us because all of the people loves what they do and you feel it!Thank you all … see you soon 🙏❤️

    From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the room, which was maintained to the highest standard. The daily housekeeping service was prompt and thorough, always ensuring the room was fresh and comfortable.Additionally, the food served in the restaurant was not only delicious but also met excellent hygiene standards. It was a pleasure to dine there.Thank you for providing such a memorable experience. I will not hesitate to recommend your hotel to my friends and colleagues.
