The facility is certainly dated, but with large and comfortable spaces, always clean and tidy. A great holel for our family vacation.
My family and I had a ski week at the TH in San Martino di Castrozza and we had great time. Upon arriving the reception staff were kind and helpful.. The hotel itself is dated, but it was clean and everything worked so we cannot complain. Breakfast and dinner were included in our stay and it was perfectly suitable for our family with young children. The worst hotel I’ve ever been to in Dolomiti. The reception staff unfriendly even rude. We booked a Classic double room but the gave us a family room (two rooms connected by the Basic door), we felt like we were in the room with strangers because we could hear everything, the hotel staff didn’t want to change the room (they offered the room but the worse standard) for a double Classic room.
