Positive aspects: location in front of the Tognola lifts and a few hundred meters from the center; unparalleled panorama of the Pale di San Martino from the room window; kindness of the lady at the reception. SKI TRIP FROM HELL!!!!!!

DONT EVER STAY HERE!! I stayed here on a ski trip with my school, the skiing was excellent!!! HOWEVER the hotel was disgusting, the food was inedible and the staff were terribly rude. The hotel is years behind modern times, showers were cold and we had to wait hours to even get one. We had to live off bread rolls for a week!!! This hotel seriously neeeds a reality check! Customer Care Garibaldi… DONT EVER STAY HERE!! I stayed here on a ski trip with my school, the skiing was excellent!!! Horrible policies!!!! This hotel is refusing to give me a refund amid the coronavirus outbreak in the region. Not only has the U.S. State Department restricted travel to the region, but airlines from the U.S. have stopped operating in the area. Good quality/price ratio, comfy bed, smiling staff, generous parking, and an excellent position if you're skiing in Tognola (the hotel is only 300 m away from the lifts).
