Very hot in room and Airco not working “because it’s not summer yet.

We visited the hotel in May. Room temperature was 27-28 degrees Celsius. Airco system present but switched off. When I asked why it wasn’t working the replied “because it’s not yet summer”. So I wonder what temp is necessary for them to switch on the Airco. Room is tight, but clean, wifi is solid. But I will not visit it again due to temperature.We visited the hotel in May. Me and my brother were visiting Turin from Scotland.We had a wonderful stay!
