Arrived at night and needed to plan travel for next day, the man on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. He organised a taxi for the morning and also confirmed which train to use to arrive by early morning. Room was lovely and clean. Large bathroom. Perfect as a stop after a long day of travelling. Stayed because my flight was cancelled. Rooms are OK for an forced overnight stop, but not particularly comfortable and small. The worst factor is the resturant where the staff are the rudest I have ever experianced and for Italy the quality of the food is a disgrace.
