I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it.From the moment I arrived, the customer service was poor. The front desk staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, and check-in took much longer than it should have. When I asked basic questions about the amenities, I was given vague answers or simply brushed off. Very helpful and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. 3 of us shared a room and it was plenty big enough and comfortable. Idea Hotel is situated in a quite place in Turin. Although it is not situated in the city center, the bus stop just a few meters from the hotel and the man who sells the tickets (tabaccheria) is right across the street. Huge disappointment, overpriced, very dirty and rude staff

Incredibly rude manager and useless staff. I have not seen a hotel this dirty and the location was falsely advertised as 10 minute bus ride from the center whereas it was over 30min.
