Pretty much everything about this hotel was very good or excellent. I'd read some of the poorer reviews and was a bit nervous - absolutely no need to be. Not a real 4 stars but worth it
Starting with the bad points: the amenities of the room are lacking (no coffee machine, etc...), the hotel is old, the staff is (although vera friendly and willing to help) not really trained for hospitality (required for a 4 stars) and don't speak English for most of them. Terrible service
I have never seen such a terrible service from a hotel than this one. I have stayed for 4 nights. Last night, suddenly at 6:00 while I was sleeping, a staff without knocking opened my door and it terrified me. Nothing happened but me not able to sleep a little longer and I never got an apology.
