From the moment we walked into this beautiful villa, the service was impeccable. As I checked in, I realized I left my passport at the previous hotel, 2 hours away. The staff immediately sprang into action, contacting the other hotel and ensuring my passport was secure. They sent a driver to pick up my passport, which saved my day and my trip. Never been to Trento , chose this hotel as slightly out of centre . It was the best decision we have made. On arrival the concierge was excellent, she explained all the hotel workings expertly and even upgraded us to a mountain facing room!!.
