AC advertised - but not working on May 2nd

We stayed here before - but in January. We returned on May 2nd. Room looks great. Until we tried to turn on the AC. I went down to reception. They tapped something into the computer and sent me back to the room. The AC was still not working. We hadn’t unpacked. So we arrived down to reception with our bags. Innocently assuming the problem was just that room and they would change us to another room… We stayed here before - but in January. We returned on May 2nd. Room looks great. Until we tried to turn on the AC. I went down to reception. They tapped something into the computer and sent me back to the room. The AC was still not working. We hadn’t unpacked…

One of the best hotel we stayed during the trip , the quietest room with double doors design separating the amenities and bedroom area. Sufficient amenities is provided, very clean, the bathroom tiles are from Valentino... yes it's the designer, never knew he designed bathroom lines. Nice location close to Old Town without passing the ZTL area. Good position, close to the historic center. Very large bed and bathroom. Big TV.
