  If you have special dietary requirements this is not the place for you Limited supply of fresh fruit for breakfast , limited staff to clear tables .Limited choice of food on dinner menu . Vegetarian / Vegan options dismal . Limited resources in kitchen . Prima di scrivere una recensione simile dovrebbe informarsi sul comportamento scorretto che avete avuto in hotel durante il vostro soggiorno. Vegetariani, pescatariani. vegani, celiaci e celiaci intolleranti al lattosio che non avevate segnalato. Ogni giorno vi abbiamo fatto scegliere una proposta di menu diversa. A colazione ci è stato segnalato da altri clienti che vi preparavate panini e frutta da portare via. Sinceramente leggere sua recensione ci dispiace molto. Se viaggiare in una Paese straniero dovreste anche capire che la cucina è diversa, i sapori sono diversi e sono molto legati al territorio. Venire in Italia e lamentarsi che ci sia la pasta nel menù non è accettabile.

  We were disappointed, perhaps horrified would be a better word, with our room on the 5th floor. It was very small. There was no shower, just a jacuzzi tub with filthy jets so I would never use it. Showering with a hand held sitting on the side of the tub was not fun. We asked to have another room since ours only had a plastic-like couch which was not comfortable as my husband has back issues. (It actually turns into a twin bed amazingly) We requested a chair or chairs. We were told they had no rooms with chairs but could send one up to our room from the dining room. Where would we put it - on top of the plastic couch?! There was no floor space for it. We could hardly walk past each other in the room. Since we were with a group I found out later they do, indeed, have rooms with tables and chairs! The man at the front desk lied to us. The desk also told me to ask the maid about cleaning the jets in the tub. She of course, said not possible. He already knew that too. There was mention of shuttle service in the original information provided, and I asked for it to the nearest pharmacy but again they said no, it was very close & we could walk. We were both sick and it was a very hard walk for us in our mid-70's because of the steepness of the hill. We had just returned from the Emergency Room in Multipulciano & had prescriptions for medication to be filled. Overall, we were very dissatisfied with the room and the lack of service and consideration. We would not stay here again or recommend it to friends. Se la camera con la vasca da bagno non andava bene perchè non ha chiesto di cambiarla al ricevimento? Non in tutte le camere c'è la possibilità di mettere un tavolino con delle poltroncine perchè alcune camere hanno la chaise longue. Il servizio shuttle è disponibile solo dal nostro hotel al centro di Chianciano e non per corse private. Ci siamo offerti di chiamare un taxi ma non volevate pagarlo, cosa altro potevamo fare ? Altre due persone sono state male del vostro gruppo e le abbiamo assistite tutto il tempo che il gruppo non era in hotel.

  Everything is run down and filthy. The rooms were dirty, and to make matters worse, there was black mold in both the showers and the hallways. It was disgusting and a major health concern. The breakfast was consistently cold and unappetizing every morning. To top it all off, our key cards kept deactivating, and despite multiple complaints, nothing was done to resolve the issue. However, allow me to comment on your words: How do you deduce that the hotel is dirty? The hotel is cleaned daily, several times a day in the common areas. What he described as mold is condensation from the new water distribution system staining the ceiling tiles. Until it stabilizes there is no point in changing them. Do you know how many tests and analyzes are carried out in the hotel? Writing certain comments without knowing what they are about is misleading. Was the breakfast cold??? The croissants are baked fresh every morning, the cakes are home-made. Only eggs, hotdogs and bacon are served hot in Chafing Dishes. The room keys work perfectly but if you demagnetize them, what fault do we have? Honestly your comments are offensive and we are sorry you didn't say anything at the hotel. I don't think any of my colleagues denied you help, on the contrary we always made ourselves available to make your stay pleasant.

  A/C advertised, and they refused to turn it on, even with the rooms 25C to 30C at night

  NO air conditioning. The hotel is over thermal vents, and the rooms are hot. They advertise A/C, AND REFUSE TO PROVIDE IT . THEY LIE AND SAY IT ISN’T AVAILABLE UNTIL JULY. Even for old people, who can’t sleep in rooms of 25C - 30C - which is 80 degrees. , For the tour groups who have early breakfast - very stale cupcakes and tired canned fruit for breakfast, sometimes no coffee. filthy carpets in halls..hard to like, in a dumpy town off the beaten path. this hotel, faded glory of 50 years ago, is tired and dated. it caters to tour groups...lots of them. They treat the tour groups like dirt. Rude front desk. Zero helpfulness. And - NO AIR CONDITIONING, EVEN THOUGH IT IS ADVERTISED ALL OVER THEIR WEBSITE. SO - Bad, bad food, uncomfortable rooms, filthy halls - what’s to like? Well I’ll tell you - leaving! Not recommended. Non è normale avere a maggio le temperature che abbiamo normalmente a giugno inoltrato.NON facciamo alcuna differenza tra gruppi e clienti individuali e vengono offerti gli stessi prodotti. Probabilmente non sa distinguere tra prodotti fatti in casa e artificiali visto che pensa che le uova siano in polvere. Ma poi, esistono le uova in polvere?????????????????????????????????????Le torte e le crostate sono cucinate dal nostro staff di cucina e con il numero dei clienti che abbiamo vengono sfornate giorno si e giorno no. Come fa a dire che sono stantie???? Il caffè è SEMPRE disponibile direttamente dal personale che lo prepara con la macchina professionale. Per la colazione diamo sempre frutta fresca, secca, sciroppata anche delle scelte di verdure oltre al normale buffet che proponiamo a tutti (individuali e gruppi).Sulle parole riguardo alle persone anziane non commentiamo neanche perchè portiamo un gran rispetto per tutti i nostri ospiti indipendentemente dalla loro età.   Need a facelift

  The hotel was in a good location, music can be heard from your roomof live music that was playing in the lounge area and you can hear all movements from other rooms. The breakfast is poor not even fresh orange juice is served, rooms need renovation and a deep clean is needed.
