  Beautiful room, great location in Siena

  Loved this hotel! The rooms were very modern and clean. Super high ceilings in the room, good amenities, and comfortable bedding. I loved that the hallway was painted in murals. The location was also great, walking distance to a lot of landmarks in Siena and right next to the stadium.   While our room was kept clean our air conditioning was not sufficient. It was our understanding it was like that throughout the hotel.   Hotel fine, but no “free” parking

  Room was small, but fine. We were on “second” (4th) floor, and with no lift beware if that is an issue.We were extremely disappointed with the parking information. There is no free parking. We were directed to an area with confusing directions where we received a parking ticket.   This hotel was great, it was just off Post Office Square and gateway to the hustle and bustle of Siena. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were marble, all very luxurious. The reception staff were amazing they were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble, Although the hotel has only three stars please don’t be put off, it was much more than that.
