  The free parking provided during our stay was very convenient, and the reception staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. While the rooms have been renovated, the soundproofing is inadequate; we were able to hear a child crying from three rooms away late at night. The breakfast experience was less consistent, as the dining area is quite small and was completely full during one of the mornings. Additionally, the staff member managing the breakfast service appeared overwhelmed by the volume of guests. Overall, it is a clean and well-located space, though noise levels and breakfast capacity are areas for improvement.

  hotel is nice, stuff is very helpful ,breakfast not bad. small area to eat if hotel is full like it was when we was there it would be a mess, food is good and fresh, q bit cakes was not fresh, rooms are nice but small, if your obese person be careful as showers are very small, mario from reception was very helpful and he solved our problemparking is outside easy to park and selection of parking lots.

  Unfortunately this hotel is not 4* in our opinion having stayed at many through Europe, the breakfast was poor with no service, poor coffee and cold “hot” food, no labelling of food either. There was no hair conditioner for the shower. There were no facilities like an outdoor terrace or bar. Water wasn’t even included it was charged at €2 for a small bottle which is extortionate by the cities standards. The WiFi didn’t work at all and when highlighted to two staff members was shrugged off. Overall disappointing. No view of the sea at any area of hotel despite the man. The man who checked us in was friendly and helpful however every other staff member was unhelpful, not helpful at breakfast, bordering on rude. The person on checkout didn’t ask how our stay was. When we came back the second night the whole floor smelt like drainage. The only bonus for us was private parking and relatively central location (10 min drive to centre). Our room overlooked another building about a foot away which isn’t a holiday view in our opinion. This hotel is 3* at best.

  Nice hotel but not 4 star

  Nice room only if you get a superior one. Others are very small. Staff are excellent. Water is charged at 2 euro per bottle in room! Not a 4 star benefit. Very clean throughout. Entrance is behind carpark. This was obviously not built as a hotel. Breakfast is very good but no variation in hot food which is not very hot. City tax is charged at 2.5 euro per room for first 4 nights which should be 1.5 euro per night for e3 nights! Aircon is very good. Over 2 miles to centre of Catania. Lots of litter everywhere.
