  Low standard. Smelly. Horrible pool. Not recommended

  We decided for this hotel spontaneously as we had to spend a night somewhere on our way to france. We were glad it was only one night. The hotel is really old and smelly. The standard it very low. Our roomSmelled ciragette smoke. Worst was the pool. Green, cloudy water. No chance to see the ground. Multiple people complained at the front desk bit they said everything was fine. We didnt dare to go swimming. Fun fact: the force you to buy a bathing cap for 3€ for hygienic reasons!!! Guest Relation, Other at Ai Pozzi Village & Spa, responded to this review Dear Connector141688, we do apologize as we did with all of our precious guest, because of the pool problem that had a filter pump broken unexpectedly and until the PH and Chlorine values were ok, we kept it open. Then we had to close it because of the hyperchloration and the sanification of the bottom and of the pool boards. We do not force anybody, but the cap in the pool is mandatory just to have a beeter clear water, and this has nothing to do with the filter pump malfunction. Ai Pozzi Village Resort & SPA

  Will not come back for the same hotel

  In general, it is a slightly worn off hotel. Unfortunately, we got an apartment with a view to the parking basement although it seemed that the hotel was not full judging by the number of guests (this is only my impression. It may well be that it was full).Many things did not work such as the air condition.Management (not the whole reception) seemed grumpy and angry. The restaurant staff did the same and even acted rude.The worst part was the extra bed, which was a fold-out sofa, that was harmful to your back. It sloped down, was uneven and with a thin mattress where you could feel the springs. It should not be stated as a bed as you can’t sleep in a bed in a so bad condition.Additionally, there was no cleaning services included only if you payed a very high additional price.   Not a 4 star!

  Not a 4*. Rooms are old and worn down. We had poweroutlets that was hanging loose (dangerous) and balcony light was broken. We called about that and the reception just said ”we cant do anything”. Breakfast was messy with a lot of broken covers for the food, and it would probably not pass a health inspection. we got a table with a really dirty tablecloth in the entryway from a guy in a white suit, and he did it in the most nonchalant way, like he just waiwed his hand at the table and walked away like we where some trash that he did not want to be seen with. When other guest came he was sometimes supernice and sometimes just as sour as he was with us. Maybe they had more money or something? 😅 and the breakfastroom was allmost empty so that was not the reason. Also only one of 2 coffemachines worked. And only one elevator worked so you had to wait forever to get to your floor. We was om fifth floor so walk down is ok but not up. The pool is nice but for some reason you need to where a cap for your hair that you need to by from their store? Riddicolous! I see that you answer to some comments saying you cant see the booking so the comment must be fake. I stayed 20 to 21 july in the name Storm so you cant clame this as a fake review. By your words we primarly desume that you had bad feelings almost in everything. First we'd like to apologise, but also, we'd like to explain that we do not have difference of service for our Guests that are all precious indipendently by the money spent or for some other difference. About the elevator, we are only waiting for the new board to be replaced, and we cannot produce by ourselves, and fortunately nobody as to walk up the stairs to reach the room, having the other one running smoothly. Some of the reasons why to wear a cap in the pool, is of hygiene and sanitary; wearing a cap, it is possible to avoid hair and hair lotions dropped in the water in which our Guests swim.   You would be PAZZO to stay at Ai Pozzi

  1. The AC was broken. We were told it was being fixed and 24 hours later it was still hotter in our room than outside. We had to sleep in 26.5 C (79.5F) room! Unacceptable2. You’re supposed to bring your own towels for the pool, but they don’t sell any? Bizarre3. The room was not clean when we arrived. I could see hair on the bathroom floor and wall. Gross4. The ladder on the metal bunk bed was broken. Maintenance came and fixed it, but the bottom of the ladder was rusty and had sharp edges.   Really poor service. The communication was not good and we found the front office rude. Not sure what else to say in than I suggest staying some where else. its nothing special and we wish we had never booked with this motel.
