Cold water in shower!!!!
The hotel was clean, good breakfast but the bathroom water was very cold. This was not accepted since we payed the full ammount. We informed the recptionist and he was very sorry but he did nothing...

Delightful hotel
We loved staying here. The hotel is clean, convenient, comfortable, and friendly, with a superb breakfast buffet. It's very close to the Vatican and the metro.
