The holiday village has a lift and features 300 rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Worst part of experience is waiting 1+hr in line before they can check us in. Staff were friendly but their check-in system can be improved. Overall, I got what I expected for the price I paid. Clean. Mattresses are very soft.
