there was no one there on check-in. Had to use a lockbox to get my key card. Contradictory signage..
Decent hotel, good location, but certainly not five stars. There is a sign in the room, saying if you make a review you get a free thing from the mini bar when I ask the staff for my free thing, they told me no such rule exists

We unfortunately spent two nights here. This Hotel is a tiny hole in the wall in the center of Rome. It has about 5 layers of uneven steps to get anywhere, so if you are older than 40, find somewhere else. The antique elevator only goes one floor, and is used…

Great location, walking distance to many historical sites, café and ristorantes. Our room was small, but just right for sleeping and quiet. Small elevator that fits 4 people that is typical in Europe. Staff was very helpful with luggage. Would stay there again…
