Just back from a week at your hotel everything was fine with room,breakfast,cleanliness and location. But unfortunatly the issue is the staff at the reception who were not willing to sort the problem out of noise level and smoking around the pool and refusing to help with room at a higher level which we prefer when staying at hotels!Just back from a week at your hotel everything was fine with room,breakfast,cleanliness and location. Just back from a lovely week in Rimini! The hotel had everything we needed, air con was fantastic, bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff all round were so nice. The bus outside departed hourly into the city and we used it every day to get us to our train and coach trips to Misano, San Marino and Ravenna. Exceeded our expectations, a great hotel

We have just arrived home after a week stay. We booked an easy jet package holiday. The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations especially a room upgrade from a small double to a triple (not asked for). This gave us extra room for suitcases and a large balcony. The room was small (which we had booked) but neat and well kept. Hotel facilities were good, the pool was good.
