This is a grand hotel, with very comfortable and clean amenities. The staff all work very hard and are unfailingly in the right profession- smiling and welcoming and helpful. The outdoor pool area is well-used and has no time limit on how long you stay; the towels are provided in the spa area for both the Spa (if you have booked this) and the pools. The noise is absolutely insane. The bar next door plays LIVE MUSIC WITH DRUMS until around 3 AM. Forget about sleeping — it’s basically impossible. Your only chance is seriously heavy-duty earplugs, strong enough to block out live drums through the walls. I visited this spa yesterday with some friends and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.The changing area is extremely small and very stuffy. It was honestly hard to breathe because the air felt heavy. There are only two toilets and three showers, and almost no space to change.
