Very bad service at the reception. The short woman with curly hair doesn't care about customers. Fake smiling and more worried about city tax then providing good service or information. I asked her to provide the name she didnt. At 11:28 on Monday 21st she was at the reception she also called to the room asking me to leave when another receptionist said check out was at 11 am. Wonderful hotel just by the beach

This beautiful hotel has beeen fully renovated recently. Last time we went it was still an apparthotel. Now it is even more beautiful, calm, elegant. The rooms are fabulous. Comfortable. Wonderful showers, double sink, and we had a very nice large balcony that we enjoyed every evening. The complementary bikes are well maintained and easy to borrow and ride. Truly. Even though classed as a 4 star hotel there were no facilities apart from the breakfast room. Even with the aircon on it was boiling hot in the room.The shower didn't mix the water properly so the water was coming out in waves of boiling hot and freezing cold. There was no trash bin in the room, and our room was not cleaned during the 4 night stay. All in all, it didn't feel like staying in a hote… Even though classed as a 4 star hotel there were no facilities apart from the breakfast room. Parking and Wi-Fi:The hotel’s parking is limited. When full, they suggest a spot 15 minutes away on foot, which works if you drop off your luggage at the lobby first. However, I recommend the Parcheggio Piazzale Kennedy, only 5 minutes away. A very nice hotel close to the wonderful sea and to everything important in Rimini. Many improvements made this year: rooms, lobby, breakfast.
