Upon arrival, very beautiful from the outside, when we entered, we were welcomed by the owner Mr. Antonio, and by the receptionist Carlo, with kindness and affability; after the introductions he offered us coffee. Once checked in, he called the beach service, affiliated with the hotel! The receptionist Carlo further explained to us how the keys for accessing the room worked. Worse hotel ever

Outdated and run down compared to online photos. Front desk staff were disorganized, dismissive, and rude. Several attempts to overcharge clients due to disorganized invoicing and staff were hostile when errors were pointed out. Witnessed a hotel staff yelling and insulting a client because they left a less than adequate Expedia review.
