Beware! This hotel turns off the air-conditioning in October (70F warm weather) and argues that customers can just sleep with open windows. Yet they have very, very loud outdoor music blaring by the pool area well past the pool hours (pool closes at 21:30 in October, yet plays until 23:00 even when we requested they turn it down). We have just returned from 10 days with le rose suite in Rimini.The care and quality of this hotel is perfect. The staff take pride in keeping the place clean and tidy and are very helpful. Nice to see them working as a team. The location is great. Just a short cab ride from the airport and once you are there the free bikes on site are usuful for getting around. The staff was fantastic. They were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is luxurious, and conveniently located next to a bus stop for going into town, the ocean, and many delightful restaurants a shops. Both the spa and aqua fitness were lovely.
