❌ WARNING TO TOURISTS – HOTEL ST. MORITZ, BELLARIA (ITALY) ❌❌ AIR CONDITIONING DIDN’T WORK FOR 3 DAYSThe room was unbearably hot – over 35 °C. It was only repaired after repeated complaints.Unacceptable, especially with a small child!‼️ FOOD – ABSOLUTE DISASTER ‼️Pre-cooked meals, leftovers, tiny portions.Powder mashed potatoes, half a fish per person, tasteless pasta.Our child didn’t eat – we had to buy real food from a supermarket.Instead of full board, we were served food not even fit for a dog.‼️ POOL – DIRTY AND NOT MAINTAINED ‼️Greenish water, dirty bottom.Only after guests complained did they start pretending to clean it.Guests are expected to point out the filth – otherwise, nothing gets done.‼️ HOTEL MANAGER – RUDE AND CONTROLLING ‼️She watches every meal, controls portions to make sure no one gets "too much".Creates a horrible atmosphere.Guests feel like they’re in a prison – not on a vacation.❌ NOT RECOMMENDED!!! ❌Wasted money, ruined holiday, zero respect for guests.NEVER AGAIN at this hotel.Photos of dirty pool, ridiculous portions, and receipts from food we had to buy are attached.

Great sized pool, clean great family choice.

Great hotel for a family break. We ordered a family room for us parents and our 2 children (12 & 8 ) and were very pleasantly surprised to find that our children had a separate inter-connecting room. Their room had separate balcony and air conditioning but obviously shared our bathroom. It was wonderful as parents with older children to be able to have privacy the evening after they went to bed so we could still talk or scroll our devices. The bathroom was compact with painted tiles but adequate and the used towels were changed daily. The pool is large, clean and very pleasant and was a great choice as the sea is very murky due to fine sand. We were in the pool twice a day. The breakfast options are acceptable we are a vegan family and there was plant based milk available. This is a 3 star hotel in a 3 star resort and should be expected to be such but it was perfect for our family and budget. Staff friendly. Personally I didn’t like the carpet on the floor and also the safe didn’t work but otherwise very nice.

We had a great time at this hotel! Found it on Booking, checked on Tripadvisor, and everything was just as pomised. We had rooms 101 and 102, neighbouring rooms, we could just jump over the terrace fence to check the kids in the other room :)These rooms facing the back, with this and the perfect windows, we had silent nights. The accomodations is good, our rooms were in good shape, we were very satisfied with that. The breakfast is cold, but wide variety of choices with good coffee.Th swimming pool is way larger than the other hotels have around.The beach is something like 4 minutes walk. Bank next door. You can get bicycle for free for the first hour and 4EUR/hour after.With a 10 minutes walk you can reach shop, restaurant, icecream. But you are not in the bustling, noisy street. I love that. And finally about the staff. All ladies in the reception, in the bar, the boys in the restaurant, the cleaning ladies upstairs strive to make our holiday great. And they did a good job!Grazie!

It's suitable for students. If you expect comfort, discipline, and style, then this hotel is not for you. In our room and the room of our friends was old carpet with none removable stains (carpets the rooms in the climate with hot summers!!), loud outdated airdonitioners, matresses, pillows, blankets, smell with chemical sanitizing, bathroom was so small, you always kick the shower door with the eyelbow when you need to use the basin. Flushing toilet means at the same moment if someone takes shower, the water in the shower will run too hot. Sea is muddy, if you want slightly transparent water you have to swim far. Food: leftovers are served next day just in a different shapes or under different sauce, after two days the taste is not surprising anymore, all kinda cooked in the same style. Eating area has no dress code enforced, you can see not pleasing views of the outfits of careless customers. WiFi service does not recognize your device every half an hour, and kicks out.

The hotel is very close to the beach, has free parking and the rooms are spacey with a big bathroom and balcony. The water pressure and hot water in the nicely made shower was simply perfect! The price/quality of this accommodation is excellent. The hotel has a swimming pool, and the breakfast is really good and has plenty of choices. All staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Nice extra are the free bicycles you could use if available!**Extra note; Although the hotel is very nice and well taken care of, some things are simply a bit dated and in need of some (minor) maintenance. This did not affect our stay at all and looking at the price/quality it is an excellent choice!
