Outdated rooms. Noisy. Basic services not working.
Rooms are ran down. We had to switch three rooms in 5 days stay. One room had a sewage smell, Blinds not working, noisy rooms. Leaking toilets. You will hear the music through the outdated windows until are at night. The lobby looks fine but the rooms need a major update. Check your room before putting your luggage down. As someone who travels extensively for an airline, I've stayed in countless hotels. Unfortunately, this particular stay was a disappointment. The check-in was unpromising, and while the room was adequate, the lack of a TV remote upon arrival and the dismissive "maybe tomorrow" response was concerning. A lovely break to Rimini Italy
The hotel was fairly easy to get to from Rimini Central Station. A 11 bus takes you straight to hotel. But at the time, took a cab. Easy check in. Lovely size room. Decorated in the mid 20s style. A calm and quiet retreat, unexpected in the heart of Rimini.
Delightful staff, nice pool. Our room was spotless and our balcony overlooked the beach. Helpful staff, great view!
