Excellent for families with children but not only. The very attentive and kind staff is to be commended. Nice hotel if you're Italian. If you're a tourist I wouldn't recommend. There were only a few people who spoke English and the children's entertainment staff were clearly avoiding us because they didn't want to speak English. I'm not sure if it was pure bad luck but I got a hotelroom where the shower didnt work and they only repaired it when we had 2 days left.
