I was very impressed with the customer service and helpfulness provided by all the hotel staff members from check in at reception to the breakfast and housekeeping. The hotel was very convenient for my purposes, as I used Rimini as a base to explore the surrounding areas, including San Marino and Ravenna. I honestly can't fault this lovely hotel. Perfectly situated for rail/ bus services and the old town of beautiful Rimini. Close to many restaurants as well as the many historical sites such as the Cathedral . I had a corner room with balcony and found it very clean, bright and quiet. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice, and the staff throughout were friendly and helpful. The location, as anticipated, was ideal with easy walking access to the train station, bus to San Marino and the old town.
