This is a lovely, clean hotel with fantastic staff who organised a taxi for us and saved us from having to walk 40 minutes to the hotel (with a baby and lots of luggage), as there were no taxis available for over 2 hours when we tried booking ourself. The Hotel Calypso is a no frills hotel a stone's throw from the main beach in Rimini. The rooms are basic, but clean and fine for a short stay. The breakfast buffet was fairly extensive with a good range of options to choose from. Overall nothing outstanding, but okay for a few nights away. We've just returned from this lovely cozy hotel and I'm already missing it so much! Calypso became a home for me and my parents for a week. We stayed in a triple room with 1 double bed and 1 single.
